Terms & Conditions
By accessing, subscribing to, or using our ERP Software Software / Service you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the system.
1. Software Usage & Access
- The ERP software is provided on a subscription or license basis.
- Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to access and use the system for business purposes only.
- Unauthorized access, sharing of login credentials, resale, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.
2. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- All activities performed through a user account will be considered the responsibility of the account holder.
- Users must ensure that the data entered into the system is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any regulations.
3. Data Ownership & Security
- All business data entered into the ERP remains the sole property of the client.
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.
- We do not guarantee complete protection against cyber threats or unauthorized access.
4. System Availability & Downtime
- We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the ERP system.
- Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We shall not be held liable for any loss caused due to service interruptions or delays.
5. Subscription, Pricing & Taxes
- All prices mentioned are inclusive of applicable sales tax under Pakistan tax law.
- Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
- Failure to pay dues may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Updates & Feature Changes
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance system features.
- Features may be added, removed, or changed without prior notice.
7. International Clients
- International users must comply with their local laws.
- Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the ERP software. This includes loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms & Conditions are violated. Upon termination, access to the system and stored data may be restricted or removed after a defined grace period.
10. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
11. Intellectual Property
All system designs, code, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to local court jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the ERP software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
